Adjusting the insurance premium for a particular pay period

Following the changes to the Group Insurance Program effective on April 1, 2014 and depending on your pay periods, it may be necessary for you to make manual adjustments to the insurance premium amount. If this is the case, proceed through the employee’s file / « Insurance » tab. Click on the «Contribution Table» tab where you can do the adjustment in the « Adjustment » column. The adjustment amount can be entered in positive or negative depending on whether you need to increase or decrease the expected amount as shown in the «Expected» column.
