In the Gestionnaire’s Tools menu, the Batch Record Deletion wizard allows you to delete at once records (i.e. children, parents and guardians, employees, etc.) that are no longer in use and for which no transactional data (i.e. invoices, payments, attendance, payroll, etc.) remains.
In order for a maximum number of records to be deletable, it is recommended to make a database purge before running the batch record deletion wizard.
Of course, you should always make a backup and keep it in a safe place before proceeding with a database purge or batch record deletion.
Before using the wizard, don’t forget to grant access rights to the appropriate user groups. Then exit the application and open it again for the change to take effect.
