You can now send e-mail reminders for HCP or employee events using the Eco² batch mailing wizard.
In the File/Settings/Drop-down Lists tab/ Events list, you must check the Eco² option for event types for which you wish to be able to send reminders using Eco². You must also enter a default title and message template that will be used for events of each type. You can use dynamic fields to personalize your message templates.
In the HCPs/Events tab and Employees/Events tab, you can modify titles and message templates as needed for specific events.
In the Eco²’s batch mailing wizard, select reminders to send according to reminder date or the event’s expected date. You will be able to preview the final result before sending the e-mails.
